Privacy notice
I’m Raz Toor, and I operate RazToor.ca personally. This notice explains information handling in connection with my personal website and general enquiries. Legal services are provided separately through Falcon Law Professional Corporation.

Information you choose to provide
If you contact me directly by email at raz@falconlawyers.ca, your message includes the address you use and whatever information you choose to provide.
Please keep an initial enquiry general. Do not send confidential documents, patient or customer information, passwords, incident evidence or details of a security vulnerability. Sending a message does not create a lawyer-client relationship or confirm that a matter has been accepted.
Why I use enquiry information
I use general enquiry information to understand what you are asking, respond to you and assess whether I or Falcon Law PC can assist. A legal-service enquiry may lead to separate checks and an engagement process through the firm. Sending a general enquiry is not a request to receive a newsletter or other marketing messages.
Technical information and cookies
This site is hosted by SiteGround and operates on WordPress. Delivering a web page and protecting the site involve processing connection and request information. Depending on the service and your browser, that information can include an IP address, browser or device details, the requested page and the time of a request.
SiteGround may present a security check to help distinguish ordinary visitors from automated traffic. Necessary hosting, security and administrative-session features may use cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can affect those features. These functions are separate from the information you choose to put in an enquiry.
Service providers
SiteGround processes information needed for hosting and its security functions. If you email the contact address above, the systems supporting that mailbox process the message and related delivery information. Authorized service providers may also process information needed to maintain the site or support backup functions.
Provider systems may involve processing outside your province or country. The arrangements depend on the hosting, security and email services used. You can contact me with questions about the providers involved or where information is processed.
Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence may be retained to consider and respond to the enquiry and to meet applicable legal or professional requirements. Copies may also remain in email systems, security records or backups under the arrangements for those systems. This website does not currently offer a submission form. Contact is by email.
The site uses HTTPS and hosting security features. These measures do not make every communication risk-free. Please use an agreed appropriate channel before sending sensitive material.
Your questions and requests
You can write to raz@falconlawyers.ca to ask about information held in connection with this site, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. I may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
If your request concerns information held as part of a Falcon Law PC matter, please identify that connection so the request can be directed appropriately. Do not send identity documents with an initial request unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.
Other websites and changes
Links to Falcon Law PC, Superior Studios, LinkedIn and other websites take you to separate sites. Their information-handling practices are governed by their own notices and settings.
I may update this notice as the website or its information handling changes. Material changes should be reflected in the notice before the affected feature is enabled.
